I build tools that help people make better calls on land and in the clinic.
Right now I'm mostly focused on GroundCheck, a platform for people buying land who want to know what they're actually getting into before they sign anything. I've also built a handful of AI tools for clinics, mostly around triage and documentation.
I have a geology degree from UP Diliman. That background comes up more than you'd expect when you're working with site data and trying to understand what a piece of land is actually like.
I'm also a licensed physician. The clinic tools I build tend to be built around how things actually work in a consultation room, not how someone imagined they might.
People buy land and find out later it floods every rainy season, or sits on a fault line, or can't be built on. GroundCheck pulls together the data on a property so buyers know what they're dealing with before they commit.
An AI tool that helps clinicians figure out which eye cases need a specialist now and which ones can wait. Built from real triage patterns.
Generates medical certificates for clinics. A task that used to take ten minutes per patient now takes thirty seconds.
Patients fill out their history before they sit down with the doctor. Less time on intake, more time on the actual problem.
Emergency and outpatient work across departments at a secondary hospital. General case management and clinical documentation.
Physician at the Philippines' largest tertiary hospital for about two years. High case volume, academic presentations, protocol work. That's also where I started building the first versions of the clinic tools.
Public health and primary care for a rural municipality. Handled PhilHealth accreditation, community health programs, and COVID monitoring. Small setup, wide scope.

I'm open to collaborations on AI tools, healthtech, and proptech. If you have something you're working on, I'm happy to hear about it.
